We

We are a space for students to practice how to use design to better understand problems and explore ways to have a positive impact.

Design for America at Fordham meets at the Lincoln Center Campus but is open to all students across Fordham.
Fall 2023 – Thursdays 12pm @ Martino Hall (45 Columbus Ave) 7th Floor – 708

We use human-centered design to tackle community issues locally and globally. We are part of Design for America (DFA National), a national student network composed of more than 36+ studios across the US.

What do we do in the Fordham DFA studio?

Each semester the studio collectively decides on a semester project – working on a local community design challenge. We meet weekly at the Lincoln Center campus @ Fordham.

Why should I get involved?

In short, Fordham DFA is a place you can apply some of the skills you’ve picked up at Fordham. Whether it’s communication design, marketing, programming, graphic design, user experience design, entrepreneurship, etc…

Get involved.

Join to see what’s going on in the studio.
